Welcome to the first episode of 2025.  The New Moon in Aquarius is offering us an opportunity to claim the experience of choosing freedom.  This is the freedom of being willing to acknowledge greatness and soul purpose that every individual possesses.

In this episode, I discuss how our unique astrology map provides a  blueprint for living each of our lives in a special way.  I see each chart as  radiating a vibrational frequency that is broadcasting our unique signals 24 hours a day and night.

Ever wondered how people, situations, circumstances and events happen in our lives?  Well, it's all about vibrational energy.  Our thoughts, words, and feelings are always sending out signals that either attract or repel vibrations that are in resonance with your unique frequency. 

It becomes important to be mindful of what you are saying and thinking.  The reason it is so important to affirm a positive mindset, with support and positive self-talk is because of our personal "vibrational signature".

The key to the Aquarius sign is to fully embrace something that totally expresses your deepest desire, dream or vision.  No one else can give you the answer or permission to be your greatest self.  Take a look at your astrology chart and find the areas where Aquarius and the planet Uranus inhabit.  These areas are where you probably have something, absolutely, sensational that wants to be expressed.

Because there is so  much external and outer noise of every kind, you need to develop some kind of soul and heart-centered practice.  
Here are some tips for cultivating your New Moon in Aquarius Intentions: 

• Use writing and journaling to gain mental clarity
• Rest and self-care are essential
• Keep self-talk positive, be emotionally supportive
• Face feelings of uncertainty by standing in the present moment
• Realize that the answer to a challenging situation is inside the challenge itself 
• Be empowered by your dreams, visions, desires and choices
• Send good thoughts to other people
• Share your gifts, talents, wisdom, light, skills, your expertise, your art, music, poetry, writing, dance, spiritual insights, prayers, song, stories and anything else from your heart.

It is important to allow some time and space for an emotional reset.  This will provide time to align with your inner visioning, power and strength.
